I've been practising massage for the past 10 years and have worked locally, in Cyprus in a thalasso spa, for Middlesbrough FC and at Teesside University Wellbeing Centre.

My treatments are:

Thai massage which is a fully-clothed complete body massage which is good for improving flexibility and circulation, relieving muscle tightness, promoting relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing.

Swedish/Sports massage which is an oil massage where I concentrate on relieving muscle discomfort using different massage strokes and also work on the fascia (the tissues surrounding the muscles).  This massage is good for improving circulation, reducing muscle pain, relaxing tight muscles and promoting general relaxation.

Thai Reflexology is a treatment for the lower legs and feet - compression, mobilisation, massage and pressure points are used to work on muscles and reflex points.  The benefits are relieving discomfort in the feet, promoting energy flow in the body and general health and well-being

Rejuvenating facial starts with a cleanse using organic oils, then a full neck, shoulder and face massage using lymphatic drainage, chinese and japanese techniques.  This is followed by a cleanse and freshly made face pack.  Benefits include stimulation of the muscles and lymphatic system, also helps your skin look less tired and sluggish
