If you have persistent back pain, then this group may be for you.
The group aims to improve awareness of your mind and body connection, provide strategies to help you cope with pain and create social contacts with others who share similar experiences. This a community based group so is not linked to the NHS and is provided at low cost to make it as accessible as possible.
It does not matter if you have never experienced yoga and any body movement will be tailored to your needs. Sessions will also focus on the way you are feeling and coping, so you may learn something new about yourself through this experience.
