I'm Gill Gittins. I've been a holder of the BWY Teaching Diploma for 5 years and have been teaching for 8. I like to mix various styles - the pure Hatha with dru and dance flows, with a focus on breathing and developing pranayama practice.
I've recently completed the BWY Yoga for Pregnancy module and teach a class for mums-to-be on Wednesday evenings.
I am also the Regional Officer for the British Wheel of Yoga.
